Speaking at the 2007 Frameworks Conference in Washington DC

I will be presenting with Dee Sadler, Manager of KC WebCore, the Kansas City Adobe User Group at the Frameworks Conference in Bethesda Maryland the first week in February.

Our topic will be "Design for Developers". There will be two fun filled sessions.

In session one, we'll be discussing the basics of graphic design for web. Highlights include visual heirarchy, color theory, design history and other basic publication principles. In this session we'll also whet your appetite with tasty hints on designing in CSS, tools and tricks, and working with templates.

In session Two, we'll be showing you how to put it all together, with live demos of working with Adobe Creative Suite tools, laying out a design in CSS, and implementing best practices in various frameworks such as Model Glue and Fusebox.

If you have suggestions for what we should talk about, please let us know.
